DesignHamster was developed by MeZine Inc., the makers behind CityMax.com and Orbs.com. The idea for the software came from comments from designers who liked the simple text editing of Orbs.com. The interface for DesignHamster was created by our designers since they best understand the needs of our designer clients.

MeZine Inc. is a Canadian company based out of downtown Vancouver in two offices. It was founded in 1999 by CEO Sunny Hirai and employs 30 plus employees. The company is privately owned and operated.
